- *Being the Sr. Manager / AGM – Sales Business Development, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding domestic markets, building strategic customer relationships, and leading business development initiatives with major lead generation focus on Govt business, generating qualified leads and conversion to guaranteed business, for the e\-governance Business vertical.**
This is a techno\-commercial leadership role responsible for revenue ownership, go\-to\-market execution, large account acquisition, channel, System Integrator, TSP development, and market positioning of Evolute’s e\-governance Business vertical offerings.
Evolute Fintech Innovation, a pioneer in embedded electronics and smart financial solutions, is looking for a dynamic sales leader to drive strategic expansion and revenue acceleration. This role offers an opportunity to build business across e\-governance projects in government departments, and channel ecosystems in India.
- *Strategic Responsibilities:**
- Define and implement sales and business development strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- **Expand business footprint across all domestic e\-governance markets, by getting new empanelment and advocacy with deliverables especially in DBT, AUA, ASA, UIDAI, NIC, STQC, Transport, Energy, Utilities, PDS, DOF, Municipalities, agriculture, identity management with fintech devices, payment solutions, and related technology segments.**
- Develop go\-to\-market strategies for new products, verticals, and strategic customer segments with focus on revenue growth.
- **Build and strengthen a strong ecosystem of partners, channel associates, System integrators, technology service providers, government agencies, IT Departments, Bureaucracy, liasoning agent/s, clients, and collaborators to enhance market reach.**
- *Functional Responsibilities:**
- Lead business development, key account management, channel partnerships, sales planning, and market expansion initiatives.
- Identify and execute new revenue streams, strategic alliances, and business opportunities aligned with the company’s embedded technology and fintech strengths.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and R D teams to shape offerings based on market needs and growth opportunities.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and account growth initiatives for strategic customers.
- Own sales targets, pipeline management, forecasting, and growth KPIs with data\-driven decision making.
- Lead cross\-functional coordination with product, presales, operations, and delivery teams to ensure successful closures and execution.
- Drive B2B marketing, lead generation, channel activation, and ecosystem engagement initiatives to enhance pipeline creation.
- Optimize sales processes, CRM discipline, customer engagement journeys, and conversion effectiveness.
- Build deep understanding of customer needs, industry trends, competitor landscape, and evolving market opportunities.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
- with major lead generation focus on Govt business, generating qualified leads and conversion to guaranteed business.
- B\-Tech with MBA or equivalent post\-graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with Engineering background.
- 8–15 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management in fintech, e\-governance, electronics manufacturing, payment solutions, or B2B technology sectors.
- Proven success in achieving revenue targets, scaling business, and managing government / project based institutional sales.
- Strong understanding of system integration systems, electronics products, payment devices, fintech ecosystem, or related technology solutions is highly preferred.
- Experience in managing strategic accounts, system integrators, technology service providers, channel partnerships, tender / government business, or OEM engagements will be an added advantage.

- Exposure to domestic government business development projects will be an advantage.
- Experience in government / PSU / institutional sales or strategic bidding processes is desirable.
- Familiarity with hardware\-software system integration business models (e.g., POS terminals, Biometric scanners, identity management devices, payment devices, IoT).
