We are looking to hire a highly experienced **Senior Manager – Sales Operations \& Performance (US Market)** for our **Hyderabad office** to lead and strengthen the sales operations supporting **Movers.com** and **US Relocation**.

- *Position Summary**
This role is responsible for managing the overall sales execution, operational excellence, customer experience, team performance, and continuous process improvement of our Hyderabad sales organization.
The candidate will work closely with senior leadership to help grow both our traditional inside sales business and our rapidly expanding online booking platform. This individual will be expected to build a culture of accountability, ownership, discipline, and continuous improvement.
- *Key Responsibilities**
Lead and manage the Hyderabad inside sales organization supporting U.S. customers.
Drive daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Build a high\-performance, KPI\-driven sales culture.
Coach, mentor, and develop sales representatives and managers.
Conduct daily sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Monitor key sales metrics including conversion rates, revenue, productivity, lead response times, CRM discipline, follow\-up completion, customer satisfaction, and pipeline management.
Ensure timely and professional follow\-up on all customer inquiries.
Improve sales processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
Identify automation and technology opportunities that improve sales productivity.
Work closely with product and technology teams to support the continued growth of our online booking platform.
Analyze customer behavior and recommend improvements that increase online booking conversion while maintaining excellent customer experience.
Prepare executive dashboards and reports with actionable recommendations.
Develop future leaders within the sales organization.
Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- *Customer Escalation \& Communication**
A critical responsibility of this role is handling customer escalations and protecting the company’s reputation.
The ideal candidate must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and be capable of:
Handling difficult customer conversations professionally.
Resolving escalated customer complaints.
Coordinating with U.S. moving companies when service issues arise.
Managing booking\-related disputes and service recovery.
Building customer confidence while maintaining company standards.
Representing the company with maturity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- *Online Booking Transformation**
One of our strategic priorities is expanding our online booking platform.
Currently, approximately 25–30% of our monthly sales are generated through online bookings, and this percentage continues to grow. The successful candidate should understand digital customer journeys and work closely with leadership to:
Increase online booking conversion.
Improve the customer booking experience.
Reduce booking abandonment.
Support customers who transition between self\-service and assisted sales.
Recommend process and workflow improvements that help scale our online sales channel.
- *Required Experience**
Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred).
8–15 years of experience leading inside sales, sales operations, or contact center teams.
Proven experience managing teams of 25\+ sales representatives.
Experience serving U.S. customers or international markets is highly preferred.
Strong experience managing KPIs, dashboards, performance metrics, and coaching.
Experience handling customer escalations and conflict resolution.
Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- *Preferred Industry Background**
Candidates from the following industries are preferred
SaaS, Technology, Insurance, Financial Services, Telecom, Logistics, E\-commerce, Marketplace businesses, International BPO operations
Moving industry experience is an advantage but is **not mandatory**.
