The Senior Manager, Talent Development oversees the strategy, implementation, and sustainment of leadership development programs across a global organization. This role leads a team of Talent Development specialists and ensures that strategies and initiatives align with global business objectives and deliver measurable value to clients. The Senior Manager partners with leaders worldwide to establish learning and sustainment tools that strengthen leadership capability, leverages AI\-enabled coaching and training tools to optimize coaching effectiveness, and applies root cause analysis and program performance gap analysis to continuously improve program outcomes. They are accountable for leading coaching and leadership development programs, assessing their behavioral and operational impact, and driving continuous improvement in leadership effectiveness.**What You'll Do:**

• Lead a global team of Talent Development professionals, fostering a collaborative, high\-performance environment through coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
• Partner with global leadership to align leadership development strategies with organizational objectives and long\-term business growth.
• Set the vision and roadmap for global leadership development and coaching initiatives, and manage priorities, resources, and budgets accordingly.
• Build relationships with leaders at all levels across global regions, partnering to define deliverables and establish timelines for leadership initiatives.

• *AI\-Enabled Coaching and Training**

• Leverage AI coaching and training tools to optimize coaching effectiveness, scale access to development, and personalize the leader experience.
• Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI\-enabled solutions, and establish guidelines for their responsible and consistent use across regions.
• Use data and insights from AI tools to identify coaching trends, strengthen leader and coach capability, and improve learning outcomes.

• *Program Performance, Root Cause, and Gap Analysis**

• Support leadership development through root cause analysis to understand why leadership behaviors, skills, or business outcomes are not meeting expectations.
• Conduct program performance gap analysis to compare intended and actual program results, and recommend targeted improvements that enhance program performance for our clients.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge, skill, and performance gaps, and recommend solutions to close them.
• Coordinate post\-implementation reviews to measure program effectiveness, translate findings into action plans, and drive sustainment efforts.
• Analyze and report global trends and metrics in leadership development, providing executive\-level insights and recommendations for improvement.

• *Coaching and Program Design**

• Develop and sustain coaching methodologies, tools, and resources to ensure consistency across regions.
• Consult with leaders globally to design, implement, and sustain leadership development programs aligned to business goals.
• Design, develop, and facilitate training programs such as EOS and other leadership initiatives for global audiences.
• Facilitate regular coaching workshops and develop sustainment plans to embed effective leadership behaviors.
• Partner with the content development team to create and update globally relevant content and self\-led programs
