Job Title: Senior Manager – Total Rewards, Compensation \& Benefits Location: Delhi NCR Industry: FMCG Experience: 5\+ Years CTC: ₹26–27 LPA Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Education: Tier\-1 Institute Preferred Key Responsibilities: • Manage Compensation, Benefits, and Total Rewards programs. • Design and implement variable pay and reward strategies. • Facilitate KRA setting, mid\-year reviews, and annual appraisals. • Provide merit increase recommendations based on performance and internal parity. • Manage employee insurance programs including GMC and GTL. • Lead compensation benchmarking and organization restructuring projects. • Drive talent review and succession planning processes. • Conduct employee surveys, focus group discussions, and action planning. • Handle employee grievances and POSH cases. • Manage HRMS administration and implementation of new HR modules. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of core Compensation \& Benefits experience. • FMCG industry experience is mandatory. • Strong knowledge of Total Rewards, Compensation Benchmarking, Organization Design, and HRMS. • Current CTC around ₹25 LPA preferred.
Pay: ₹1,800,000\.00 \- ₹2,500,000\.00 per year
