Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager \- Training to lead our training initiatives. The Senior Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that support the development of our employees, enhancing their skills and knowledge to ensure optimum performance and productivity within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs and create customized training solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies and programs that improve employee capabilities and meet strategic goals.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and discussions with management and employees.
• Design engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e\-learning modules.
• Facilitate training sessions for different employee groups, including onboarding for new hires and continuous professional development for existing staff.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Manage the training budget and resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand departmental needs and create tailored training interventions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in a training management or leadership role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver training effectively.
• Ability to analyze training needs and measure training outcomes.
• Strong leadership qualities with the capability to inspire and motivate others.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using training software and tools, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).
