Job Description

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Market Data / EDM Specialist** with 10\+ years of experience in market data management, reference data governance, and enterprise data management. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of asset management, investment workflows, fixed income, credit data, and financial data vendor platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client discussions to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
• Manage reference data standards, data quality, reconciliation, and governance processes.
• Guide technical teams in data automation, vendor integration, and exception handling.
• Perform data mapping, root\-cause analysis, and business analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure high\-quality solution delivery.
• Mentor team members and maintain delivery standards.

Required Skills

• 10\+ years of experience in Market Data, Reference Data, or EDM.
• Strong knowledge of fixed income, credit data, and investment workflows.
• Experience with financial data providers such as Bloomberg, LSEG, ICE, and S\&P.
• Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, data mapping, and data analysis.
• Strong client communication, problem\-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EDM and Security Master platforms.
• Knowledge of Aladdin, Charles River, or SimCorp.
• Exposure to private markets, ESG data, AI, or Python.
• CFA or FRM certification is an advantage.
