This role involves leading marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing a team, and collaborating across departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and execute multi\-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, events).
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage the company’s brand image and messaging across all platforms.
• Oversee content creation, advertising, promotions, and public relations initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics.
• Manage budgets for marketing activities and optimize spend for ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to drive integrated campaigns.
• Lead, mentor, and manage marketing team members.
• Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

• *Qualifications and Skills:**

• Graduated and Post Graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• B. Tech Preferred.
• Proven experience (typically 3–5\+ years) in marketing, with managerial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and problem\-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and results\-driven approach.

• *Experience:**

• Previous experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, or brand management.
• Experience in B2B or B2C marketing depending on the company’s focus.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
