Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **E\-commerce Marketplace Specialist** to manage and scale our online marketplace business across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, Blinkit, and other relevant channels. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in marketplace operations, catalog management, advertising, inventory planning, and revenue growth for D2C or beauty brands.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management

• Manage seller accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, and Quick Commerce platforms.
• Handle end\-to\-end marketplace operations and account health.
• Coordinate with platform account managers for growth opportunities and issue resolution.

Catalog \& Listing Optimization

• Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and A\+ content.
• Manage product uploads, variations, category mapping, and catalog hygiene.
• Improve organic rankings through marketplace SEO.

Advertising \& Growth

• Plan and execute Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, and marketplace promotional campaigns.
• Monitor ACoS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and sales performance.
• Drive revenue growth through data\-driven optimization strategies.

Inventory \& Operations

• Monitor inventory levels and replenishment planning.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure stock availability.
• Manage order processing, returns, cancellations, and RTO\-related issues.

Reporting \& Analysis

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and marketplace trends.
• Generate actionable insights to improve marketplace performance.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa, Myntra, and Meesho.
• Hands\-on experience in PPC campaign management.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Reporting).
• Knowledge of inventory management and marketplace KPIs.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
