Senior Mendix Developer

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Mendix Developer** with strong hands\-on expertise in low\-code application development, enterprise application architecture, integrations, and end\-to\-end solution delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high\-performance applications using the Mendix platform.

The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, product owners, and cross\-functional engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. This role requires strong proficiency in **Mendix Studio Pro, domain modeling, microflows, nanoflows, application security, API integrations, and application lifecycle management**, along with the ability to provide technical guidance and support high\-quality project delivery.

• *Key Responsibilities:\-**

• **Solution Design \& Development:** Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise\-grade applications using Mendix Studio Pro and low\-code development methodologies.
• **Requirements Analysis:** Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
• **Mendix Development:** Build and optimize domain models, microflows, nanoflows, pages, reusable components, and application logic in accordance with Mendix development best practices.
• **Enterprise Integrations:** Develop and maintain integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, relational databases, and external enterprise applications.
• **Application Security:** Implement appropriate authentication, authorization, access controls, and data security measures to ensure secure application delivery.
• **Performance Optimization:** Analyze application performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement improvements to scalability, responsiveness, and reliability.
• **Quality Engineering:** Conduct code reviews, unit and integration testing, defect analysis, debugging, and root\-cause investigation.
• **Application Lifecycle Management:** Support version control, deployment management, environment configuration, CI/CD pipelines, and production releases.
• **Production Support:** Monitor application health, resolve production issues, and deliver enhancements and corrective fixes as required.
• **Agile Collaboration:** Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, technical discussions, estimation, and delivery reviews.
• **Technical Leadership:** Mentor junior developers, promote coding standards, review technical solutions, and contribute to architectural and implementation decisions.
• **Documentation:** Maintain technical specifications, integration documentation, deployment procedures, and application support guides.

• *Mandatory Skills \& Experience:\-**

• 6–8 years of relevant professional experience, including substantial hands\-on experience in Mendix application development.
• Strong practical expertise in **Mendix Studio Pro** and the development of enterprise\-grade low\-code applications.
• Proven experience across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirement analysis and solution design to deployment and production support.
• Strong understanding of Mendix domain modeling, microflows, nanoflows, data entities, associations, and application logic.
• Experience designing and implementing secure, maintainable, and reusable Mendix application components.
• Hands\-on experience integrating Mendix applications with REST/SOAP APIs, relational databases, and external systems.
• Knowledge of application security, role\-based access control, data protection, and secure development practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, source control, testing practices, and CI/CD processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder\-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, hybrid delivery environment.

• *Preferred / Good\-to\-Have Skills:\-**

• Mendix Advanced or Expert certification.
• Experience with cloud\-based deployments, environment management, application monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, or other technologies used to extend Mendix capabilities.
• Experience working on enterprise\-scale applications, complex integrations, or multi\-team delivery programs.
• Exposure to automated testing, DevOps practices, and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Experience providing technical mentorship and contributing to solution architecture decisions.

Pay: ₹2,800,000\.00 \- ₹3,200,000\.00 per year
