Rare Blue Moon Marketing is a fast growing U.S. based digital marketing agency serving home service businesses, medical practices, insurance agencies, contractors, law firms, and other local service businesses throughout North America.
We are looking for a full time Senior Meta Ads Strategist to join our team and take ownership of client campaign performance. This is not an entry level position. We are seeking someone with proven experience generating leads, driving sales, and managing advertising budgets across multiple industries.
\*\*MUST WORK US EASTERN STANDARD HOURS AND SPEAK CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH.
- Create, launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns
- Develop lead generation and eCommerce campaign strategies
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including:
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Conversion Rate
- Click Through Rate (CTR)
- Revenue Attribution
- Build and optimize landing pages
- Set up and troubleshoot tracking systems
- Manage Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and Events Manager
- Work closely with creative teams to develop winning ad concepts
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis
- Provide weekly performance reports and strategic recommendations
- Participate in team meetings during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
- Minimum 4 years of hands on Meta Ads experience
- Experience managing at least $20,000\+ per month in ad spend
- Proven success with local service businesses including:
- Roofing
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Contractors
- Medical Spas
- Healthcare
- Insurance
- Home Services
- eCommerce campaign experience required
- Strong understanding of:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Meta Events Manager
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Agency experience
- Experience scaling campaigns profitably
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead attribution
- Experience with Google Ads is a plus
