• *THE ROLE**

At Sovos, we're building a best\-in\-class NetSuite environment that supports Finance, Accounting, Revenue, Procurement, and Sales Operations across a growing, global business. We're looking for a Senior NetSuite Administrator to own and evolve that environment, translating business needs into scalable solutions, troubleshooting to root cause, and leveraging AI tools to work faster and more accurately whilst maintaining the controls a financial system of record demands.

• More specifically, you will:*

• Own day\-to\-day NetSuite administration, including forms, fields, records, workflows, approvals, roles, permissions, and segregation of duties. Evaluate enhancement requests and recommend the right solution, whether native functionality, configuration, workflow, reporting, or development.
• Support the full Order\-to\-Cash lifecycle: sales orders, invoicing, billing schedules, credit memos, cash application, and AR. Own the Salesforce\-to\-NetSuite integration from the NetSuite side, maintaining key fields, resolving sync failures, and improving data feeds.
• Administer Advanced Revenue Management (ARM): understand how source transactions flow into Revenue Elements, Arrangements, Plans, and recognition journals. Configure recognition rules, troubleshoot allocation and recognition dates, lead corrections, and build reconciliations that validate revenue data.
• Maintain Fixed Assets: asset types, depreciation methods, capitalisation, transfers, disposals, and write\-offs. Reconcile Fixed Assets to the GL and support month\-end and year\-end close.
• Support and improve Procure\-to\-Pay: vendor setup, purchase requests and orders, approval workflows, item receipts, vendor bills and credits, and payments. Strengthen three\-way match and related controls in partnership with Procurement, AP, and Finance.
• Build Saved Searches, Workbooks, dashboards, and KPIs for Finance, Accounting, Revenue, Procurement, and management. Create exception reports that catch data quality and process issues early.
• Lead requirements\-gathering sessions, document current and future\-state processes, and recommend scalable improvements. Support new entities, subsidiaries, products, and integrations as the company grows.
• Develop test scenarios, run UAT, assess downstream impacts, and maintain approvals, test evidence, deployment records, and rollback plans. Communicate changes clearly and validate after deployment.
• Leverage AI tools, including the NetSuite AI connector where approved, to query data, trace root cause, draft SuiteQL, scripts, workflows, test cases, and documentation. Apply AI to detect anomalies, speed up reconciliations and period\-end close, and automate repetitive work such as validation and ticket triage. Ensure every AI\-assisted change is validated, protects sensitive data, uses only approved tools, and maintains SOX\-ready evidence.
• *WHAT YOU BRING TO SOVOS**

• 5\+ years of solid, hands\-on NetSuite administration experience in a complex, cross\-functional environment, supporting Order\-to\-Cash, Procure\-to\-Pay, Advanced Revenue Management, Fixed Assets, reconciliations, and period\-end activities.
• Advanced skills in configuration, roles and permissions, workflows, Saved Searches, Workbooks, and change deployment.
• Practical, demonstrated use of generative AI tools in technical, analytical, or finance\-systems work, with sound judgement on validation and data protection.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including with senior leaders and nontechnical audiences.
• Strong ownership and follow\-through: you track open items, escalate blockers, and close the loop.
• Ability to prioritise competing requests and work with limited supervision.
• Preferred: NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or ERP Consultant certification or equivalent experience. Salesforce\-to\-NetSuite and middleware integration experience. Multi\-subsidiary, multi\-currency, multi\-book global NetSuite experience. Experience with NetSuite AI capabilities, SuiteScript, or SOX control environments.
• Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check upon hire.
