• *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure \& Network Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure across on\-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands\-on experience in server administration, enterprise networking, firewall security, virtualization, and Azure/AWS connectivity.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and certificate services.
• Administer VMware ESXi/vCenter, Hyper\-V, virtual machines, and infrastructure lifecycle activities.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco LAN/WAN/WLAN, routing, switching, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, and SD\-WAN.
• Manage Palo Alto firewalls, security policies, NAT, GlobalProtect, and Cisco ISE/RADIUS.
• Support Azure/AWS networking, VNet/VPC, VPN/IPsec, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Administer storage, backup, replication, recovery, and disaster recovery testing.
• Perform patching, system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and access reviews.
• Handle L2/L3 production incidents, change management, monitoring, documentation, and automation.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure projects and improve service reliability.

• *Required Skills**

• 7–10 years of enterprise IT infrastructure and network operations experience.
• Strong hands\-on knowledge of Windows Server/Linux and Active Directory.
• Experience with VMware ESXi/vCenter or Hyper\-V.
• Strong Cisco networking, routing, switching, and troubleshooting skills.
• Hands\-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and VPN technologies.
• Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS networking and hybrid connectivity.
• Understanding of network security, MFA, RBAC, segmentation, and least\-privilege access.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder\-management skills.
