Senior Observability Engineer

• *Key Skills Required**
• Experience with application and system monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, Dynatrace, Grafana)
• Strong background in monitoring, ing, and incident management
• Experience working with performance and user\-experience telemetry (web and mobile applications)
• Knowledge of API\-based integrations and data ingestion
• Experience supporting production applications and improving issue detection/resolution
• Familiarity with Real User Monitoring (RUM) and performance analytics is highly preferred
• Experience with Akamai mPulse, Contentsquare, or similar digital experience monitoring tools is a plus

• *Role Responsibilities**
• Integrate user experience and performance monitoring data into the observability platform
• Create dashboards and s to detect customer\-impacting issues early
• Improve visibility into application performance and front\-end errors
• Support faster troubleshooting and reduction of incident resolution times
• Partner with engineering teams to enhance monitoring coverage across Disney digital products

• *Experience Level**
• Senior\-level resource (preferably 7\+ years of relevant experience)
• Strong independent contributor who can drive the work with minimal supervision
