We’re looking for a dependable, detail\-oriented, and proactive **Operations Executive / Senior Operations Executive** to join our growing team in Pune and support a US\-based healthcare technology client.

This is a **non\-technical role** offering structured process training, hands\-on learning, and an opportunity to grow into a team leadership position as our operations expand.

• *What You’ll Do**

• Execute day\-to\-day operational tasks using web\-based applications, checklists, and SOPs.
• Review and update records while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Track pending tasks and proactively escalate discrepancies or exceptions.
• Communicate professionally with US\-based stakeholders via email, chat, and online meetings.
• Learn, document, and improve operational workflows.
• Gradually take ownership of additional processes and support the training of new team members.

• *What We’re Looking For**

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, email, and web\-based applications.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a sense of ownership.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
• Willingness to work in the specified US Eastern Time\-aligned shift.

• *Good to Have (Not Mandatory)**

Experience in back\-office operations, business operations, US client support, healthcare operations, CRM workflows, or SOP documentation.

• No prior dental or orthodontic knowledge is required.*
