• *About Position:**

We are seeking a Senior OutSystems Developer to lead the design and development of scalable OutSystems applications supporting loan and reconciliation workflows. The role combines hands\-on engineering, technical leadership, and collaboration across the full software development lifecycle.

• *What You'll Do:**

• Lead the design and development of OutSystems applications aligned with business objectives.
• Translate complex business requirements into secure and scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Design data models, APIs, and integrations with financial and external systems.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, quality controls, and development best practices.
• Mentor developers and provide guidance on implementation approaches and problem resolution.
• Drive performance optimization, debugging, and root\-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, demonstrations, and retrospectives.

• *Expertise You'll Bring:**

• Between 8 to 12 Years of software development experience with strong hands\-on expertise in OutSystems.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience designing data models, APIs, and integrations.
• Ability to conduct code reviews and enforce secure coding and development standards.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and root\-cause analysis skills.
• Experience integrating with financial systems is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor developers, manage priorities, and meet delivery timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
