Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

We are a performance\-driven AI marketing company working across e\-commerce, applications, finance, real estate, SaaS, B2B, and B2C sectors. With a growing focus on AI automation and smart marketing systems, we’re looking for a strategic, hands\-on senior performance marketer.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Performance Marketing Strategy \& Execution**

● Own end\-to\-end paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, App, Display, YouTube, Shopping), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads

● Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise campaigns with ROAS/CPA goals

● Perform CRO using Microsoft Clarity, A/B testing, and feedback loop optimisation

● Collaborate with creative teams for impactful communication

• *Media Planning \& Budget Management**

● Develop media plans across diverse industries

● Allocate and manage budgets effectively

● Forecast and prepare scenario plans

• *Analytics, Tracking \& Reporting**

● Setup via GTM, GA4, Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, AppsFlyer

● Build dashboards with Google Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets

● Deliver insights and strategic recommendations

• *Automation \& Martech**

● Marketing automation with tools like Zapier, WhatsApp APIs (AIsensy, WATI), Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho CRM

● Lead tracking and martech integrations

• *Research \& Competitor Intelligence**

● Tools: SEMrush, Facebook Ads Library, Google Transparency

● Study competitors’ ads, keywords, and offers

• *Client Communication \& Team Collaboration**

● Direct client interaction, reporting, and strategy sync

Collaborate with internal creative, tech, and AI teams

Pay: ₹19,043\.64 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
