We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with **4\+ years of proven experience** to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and e\-commerce platforms.
Drive performance through A/B testing, conversion optimization, and retargeting strategies.
Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and drive revenue growth.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
Collaborate with creative, design, and content teams to deliver high\-performing campaigns.

Skills \& Requirements

4\+ years of experience in performance marketing.
**Mandatory hands\-on experience in e\-commerce campaigns.**
Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
**In\-depth knowledge of performance marketing strategies, campaign structures, and optimization techniques.**
Up\-to\-date knowledge of the latest updates, algorithm changes, ad formats, and advertising features across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4\) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data\-driven decision\-making and campaign optimization.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
