Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and well\-connected Senior Physiotherapist to lead clinical marketing, professional networking, and community engagement for Pheezee.

The candidate will leverage their clinical experience and professional network to build relationships with physiotherapists, rehabilitation centres, hospitals, colleges, and professional associations.

The role involves conducting workshops, CMEs, clinical demonstrations, and knowledge\-sharing sessions while creating business opportunities through physiotherapy networks and professional partnerships.

This is a combination of Clinical Expertise \+ Marketing \+ Networking \+ Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Physiotherapy Network Development

Build and expand a strong network of physiotherapists, HODs, clinic owners, rehabilitation professionals, and academic institutions.

Develop relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), senior clinicians, and prominent physiotherapists.

Identify potential collaborators, ambassadors, and regional clinical partners.

Establish relationships with physiotherapy associations and professional bodies.

Generate business leads and referrals through professional networks.

2\. Workshops, CMEs \& Clinical Events

Organise and conduct workshops, CMEs, seminars, and webinars for physiotherapists.

Represent Startoon Labs at national and regional physiotherapy conferences and events.

Conduct hands\-on clinical workshops demonstrating Pheezee's applications.

Collaborate with colleges and institutions for guest lectures, training programmes, and clinical education.

Build a calendar of regular clinical engagement activities.

3\. Clinical Marketing \& Brand Promotion

Promote Pheezee among physiotherapists, rehabilitation centres, and hospitals.

Develop clinical use cases, success stories, and testimonials.

Create educational content for social media, webinars, and professional communities.

Participate in podcasts, interviews, panel discussions, and professional forums.

Work with the marketing team to develop clinically relevant campaigns and promotional material.

4\. Strategic Partnerships \& Collaborations

Identify and establish partnerships with physiotherapy clinics, hospital chains, rehabilitation centres, and academic institutions.

Explore association\-based partnerships and institutional collaborations.

Develop referral programmes, professional ambassador programmes, and clinic partnership models.

Negotiate and close mutually beneficial partnership opportunities.

Convert professional relationships into product demonstrations, trials, and business opportunities.

5\. Business Development \& Lead Generation

Generate qualified leads through professional networking and clinical events.

Coordinate product demonstrations and clinical evaluations.

Follow up with interested physiotherapists and clinic owners to drive conversions.

Support regional sales teams in closing opportunities.

Track leads, partnerships, event outcomes, and revenue generated through clinical marketing activities.

• Good understanding of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, neurological, and sports rehabilitation.
• Interest in medical technology, clinical innovation, and healthcare marketing.
• Ability to independently approach professionals, build relationships, and close collaborations.
• Willingness to travel for conferences, workshops, and institutional visits.
