• *Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Supervisor / Senior Plumbing Supervisor to join our Engineering team for residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing all plumbing\-related works at the project site while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Supervise and monitor all plumbing and sanitary works at residential project sites.
• Ensure execution of plumbing works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of plumbing installations, including water supply, drainage, sewage, and firefighting piping systems.
• Monitor material requirements and ensure proper utilization at the site.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve site\-related technical issues in coordination with the Engineering team.
• Maintain daily work progress reports and update stakeholders on project status.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned activities while adhering to project schedules.

• *Requirements:**

• 7–15 years of relevant experience in plumbing works for residential construction projects.
• Diploma/ITI in Plumbing, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or any related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply, drainage, sanitary, and piping works.
• Experience in supervising contractors and site execution activities.
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings and specifications.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile:**

• Hands\-on experience in high\-rise residential projects will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem\-solving and team management abilities.
• Candidates willing to work at project sites are preferred.
