• *About the Role**

Are you ready to engineer the next generation of data pipelines, Skywise applications, and AI\-driven tools that power Airbus's digital PM ecosystem? In this role, you will serve as the technical engine of the PM Digital Enablement and Analytics Team for the Engineering PM Office (BCXE).

Working in tight synergy with Senior PM Business Analysts, you will transform complex project data into seamless, automated, high\-performance Skywise applications (Workshop, Slate, Data Studio) and AI integrations that eliminate manual data crunching and optimize project delivery across transnational engineering perimeters.

The **Senior PM Digital Analytics Solution Developer** is the lead technical builder and data engineer within the PM Digital Enablement and Analytics Team, supporting the Engineering PM Office (BCXE) under Digitalization \& AI. This role is responsible for taking functional specifications, user stories, and process wireframes created by the PM Business Analytics Solution Leader and architecting them into robust, scalable digital tools, automated data pipelines, and interactive executive dashboards.

Utilizing the Palantir Skywise platform (Workshop, Slate, Contour, Data Studio..), Python/PySpark, SQL, and Generative AI (Gemini AI), the developer eliminates repetitive data processing, ensures 100% data sanity, and builds digital solutions that deliver real\-time, predictive project performance insights On Time and On Quality (OnT/OnQ).

• *Key Accountabilities \& Main Responsibilities**

* Skywise Application \& Platform Engineering

+ Design, build, and deploy custom applications on the Palantir Skywise platform using Workshop, Slate, Contour, and Data Studio.

+ Construct, configure, and maintain object types, action types, and link definitions within the Skywise Manager to accurately represent project entities (schedules, risks, costs, and gate milestones).

+ Build clean, responsive frontend user interfaces tailored for PMBPs, project leaders, and domain heads.

* Data Pipeline Development \& Integration

+ Write, optimize, and maintain efficient data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and SQL to clean, transform, and aggregate data from primary systems (e.g., Planisware, SAP ERP, ARM).

+ Ensure robust data lineage, data quality validation checks, and high query performance across complex multi\-project datasets.

* AI \& Workflow Automation

+ Integrate Generative AI features (using Gemini AI) and prompt engineering scripts to automate meeting summaries, action tracking, and predictive delay alerts.

+ Develop low\-code/no\-code integrations and scripts (e.g., Google Apps Script, AppSheet) connecting Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) with Skywise data layers.

* Technical Quality \& Service Delivery (OnT/OnQ)

+ Participate in Agile/SAFe sprint routines, estimate development tasks, and execute user stories defined in the product backlog.

+ Conduct thorough unit testing, bug fixing, version control (Git), and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) activities.

Maintain complete technical documentation and user guides for all deployed applications and pipelines.

• Technical Scope: Lead developer for the PM Digital Enablement and analytics team, responsible for end\-to\-end Skywise application building (Workshop, Slate, Contour), ontology data modeling, and automated PySpark/SQL pipeline construction.
• Portfolio \& User Reach: Direct technical delivery supporting the Engineering PM Office (BCXE) perimeter, serving a user base of PMBPs, Project Leaders, and Domain Heads across Europe and India.
• Data Complexity: Management and integration of multi\-source project datasets (schedules, costs, risks, gate reviews) spanning enterprise platforms including Planisware, and Active Risk Manager (ARM).

Transnational \& Team Operating Footprint: Core technical builder in a dual\-role Agile/SAFe Back Office unit (working in direct pairing with the Senior PM Business Analyst) within the BCX India Extended Make project.

• *Desired skills and qualifications**

• Educated to a Degree level in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in data analysis, PM Dashboarding Solution development within engineering, Digital, or industrial sectors
• Experience in dashboarding solution industrialisation and rationalisation ensuring data quality
• Proficiency in scripting languages and web dashboard frameworks.
• Familiarity with enterprise analytics platforms and cloud ecosystems such as Skywise.

Creative problem\-solving attitude with fluent English communication capabilities.
