• *Job Overview**

We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer to design, develop, and manage enterprise\-level dashboards and reporting solutions for a Middle East client project. The role involves end\-to\-end ownership of BI solutions, including data modeling, dashboard design, performance optimization, and stakeholder collaboration.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective dashboard solutions
• Design wireframes, mock\-ups, and dashboard layouts for stakeholder review
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and semantic data models
• Build advanced DAX measures, KPIs, and calculated columns
• Design optimized data models following best practices (Star/Snowflake schema)
• Enhance and redesign existing dashboards for better performance and usability
• Implement and maintain Row\-Level Security (RLS)
• Perform data validation and unit testing against source systems
• Support UAT cycles and resolve defects raised by business users
• Publish and deploy reports to Power BI Service with proper workspace governance
• Prepare technical documentation including data models, DAX logic, and refresh schedules
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and database teams throughout the development lifecycle

• *Required Skills \& Experience**

• 3–4\+ years of hands\-on experience in Power BI development
• Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling
• Experience designing semantic models and KPI\-driven dashboards
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, transformation, and validation
• Experience implementing Row\-Level Security (RLS)
• Strong understanding of dashboard UX/UI design principles and best practices
• Experience working with enterprise data sources (SQL Server, Oracle, Excel, APIs, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
