  • *Senior Principal, Unified Front\-End Platform Owner****Experience \- 12\-15 yrs****Bangalore (Hybrid)** **Role Purpose**

Own and operate the Unified Front\-End Platform as a product, ensuring stability, scalability, governance, adoption, and continuous improvement across all consuming applications (se.com, mySchneider, Search, Offer Presentation, Download center, etc.). The role provides a single point of accountability for the platform roadmap, shared assets, quality, and operational health. **Key Responsibilities*** Define and drive the Unified Front\-End Platform strategy and roadmap.

  • Own the shared platform assets, including design system, shared components, navigation, authentication UI, and core front\-end services.
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, security, accessibility, SEO/GEO compliance, and observability.
  • Govern component lifecycle, versioning, backward compatibility, and adoption across product teams.
  • Partner with Architecture, Quality Engineering, Release Management, Security, and Operations to enforce governance and release readiness.
  • Participate in Go/No\-Go decisions and ensure platform compatibility across releases.
  • Manage platform backlog, investment priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Drive platform modernization and continuous improvement based on KPIs, incidents, and business needs.
  • *Experience \& Qualifications*** 12\+ years of experience in Digital Platforms, Front\-End Engineering, Platform Engineering, Product Management, or Digital Experience delivery.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise\-scale platforms used by multiple product teams.
  • Strong knowledge of front\-end architecture, React ecosystems, CI/CD, cloud platforms, observability, web performance, and platform governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and decision\-making skills.
  • *Success Measures*** Shared component adoption \>90%.
  • Reduction in platform\-related incidents and regressions.
  • Improved platform reliability, performance, and release quality.
  • Delivery of platform roadmap commitments.
  • High consumer satisfaction and onboarding efficiency.
