We are looking for a **Senior Product Manager, Platform Integrations** to help achieve this mission.
The **Senior Product Manager, Platform Integrations** will contribute to our Product Management organization by leading the strategy, roadmap, and execution of security platform integrations across Arctic Wolf’s security ecosystem. This role serves as a strategic bridge between Product Management and Engineering, translating product vision into actionable plans while driving alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in security product integrations and a strong understanding of Security Information and Event Management, Security Orchestration, Automation and Response, Extended Detection and Response, and Managed Detection and Response platforms. This role will focus on delivering integration capabilities that improve security outcomes, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- *IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:**
- Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform integrations, aligning customer needs with business objectives and security outcomes
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, and Program Managers to translate strategic initiatives into executable engineering plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, security operations, threat research, customer success, and leadership teams to prioritize initiatives and evaluate trade\-offs
- Develop deep expertise in security integration technologies, including Security Information and Event Management, Security Orchestration, Automation and Response, Extended Detection and Response, and Managed Detection and Response platforms
- Define and maintain prioritized product backlogs across multiple teams while balancing business priorities, customer needs, and technical constraints
- Facilitate project kickoffs, backlog refinement sessions, epic creation, story development, and estimation activities
- Translate product requirements into engineering artifacts and validate that technical designs support approved use cases and workflows
- Partner with Engineering teams to present, evangelize, and drive adoption of new platform capabilities across the organization
- Monitor product telemetry, adoption metrics, usage trends, and operational costs to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation
- Provide data\-driven recommendations to leadership teams based on product performance, customer feedback, and business objectives
- Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively escalate blockers to ensure successful delivery
- Define success metrics and key performance indicators to measure product impact and customer value
- Drive agile execution and ensure delivery of high\-impact integration capabilities that enhance security operations and customer outcomes
- *YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF:**
- You have significant experience in Product Management within cybersecurity, security operations, or managed detection and response environments
- You possess deep knowledge of security platform integrations and ecosystem technologies
- You have a strong understanding of Security Information and Event Management, Security Orchestration, Automation and Response, Extended Detection and Response, and Managed Detection and Response platforms
- You have experience managing complex product roadmaps that span multiple engineering teams and stakeholders
- You are skilled at prioritization, trade\-off analysis, backlog management, and agile product delivery
- You have experience translating customer requirements into technical specifications and engineering deliverables
- You have a strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management
- You are comfortable analyzing telemetry, usage metrics, adoption trends, and operational costs to guide product decisions
- You can clearly communicate product strategy, roadmap priorities, and business value to both technical and non\-technical audiences
- You have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across engineering, product, and business teams
- You have a proven ability to identify risks, resolve ambiguities, and drive alignment across complex initiatives
- Experience working with security operations, threat detection, threat intelligence, or incident response teams
- Familiarity with cloud\-native security platforms and large\-scale distributed systems
- Experience with Jira, agile planning tools, and product analytics platforms
- Knowledge of detection engineering, security analytics, or cybersecurity workflows
- Experience supporting enterprise software integrations and partner ecosystems
