Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, optimization, and growth of multiple digital financial products. This role requires a strong combination of product leadership, strategic thinking, and hands\-on execution. The successful candidate will own products throughout their lifecycle, from discovery and development to launch, optimization, scaling, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong FinTech background and proven experience managing payment, banking, and financial technology products. They must be comfortable working cross\-functionally with engineering, compliance, operations, sales, and executive stakeholders while driving measurable business outcomes.
This is a high\-impact role for a product leader who thrives in fast\-paced environments, takes ownership of delivery, and can balance long\-term product vision with day\-to\-day execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy \& Leadership
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify new product opportunities through market research, customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
- Drive product innovation while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Balance short\-term priorities with long\-term strategic initiatives.
- Influence product direction through data\-driven decision making and stakeholder collaboration.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Own the end\-to\-end product lifecycle from discovery, planning, development, launch, and post\-launch optimization.
- Manage multiple products and initiatives simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, effort, and strategic importance.
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Ensure timely delivery of product initiatives while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Product Growth \& Optimization
- Drive product adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Continuously evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Lead product experimentation, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing initiatives.
- Implement enhancements that improve customer experience and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Data \& Analytics
- Define, monitor, and report on key product performance indicators.
- Use analytics and customer insights to guide product decisions.
- Establish measurable success metrics for product initiatives.
- Leverage data to identify growth opportunities, user behavior trends, and operational bottlenecks.
- Present product performance findings and recommendations to leadership.
Cross\-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- Partner with Compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to support product adoption and growth.
- Facilitate alignment among stakeholders and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Act as the primary product representative across internal teams and leadership discussions.
Product Delivery \& Execution
- Lead product execution from concept through deployment.
- Drive accountability across teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Remove roadblocks and facilitate effective communication between stakeholders.
- Ensure product releases meet business objectives, customer expectations, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain a hands\-on approach to product management and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of Product Management experience with at least 2 years in a Senior Product Manager, Product Lead, Product Owner, or equivalent leadership role.
- Proven experience managing and scaling multiple products simultaneously.
- Strong track record of delivering successful and scalable digital products.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross\-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
