Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the lifecycle strategy, commercial execution, and scaling of our digital product portfolio. In this capacity, you will operate at the intersection of technical architecture, user experience, and business strategy, translating complex market opportunities into resilient, high\-performing solutions that drive measurable business impact.

This position demands sophisticated technical acumen and mature stakeholder management. You will serve as the central point of alignment across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Executive leadership,defining product vision, managing risk, and establishing structural guardrails for successful end\-to\-end delivery.

• *Core Responsibilities**

• Define, articulate, and execute an empirical product strategy that directly supports long\-term enterprise growth objectives and customer adoption.
• Manage the end\-to\-end product lifecycle, executing rigorous problem discovery, validation, roadmap prioritization, and iterative deployment.
• Lead multi\-disciplinary pods comprising Engineering, UX/UI Design, and Data Science to deliver high\-quality releases within structured timelines.
• Conduct quantitative market analysis, competitive positioning studies, and deep\-dive user discovery to uncover and validate expansion vectors.
• Build and maintain an objective, value\-indexed product backlog using quantitative frameworks to balance feature requests against engineering bandwidth.
• Establish and monitor product\-specific KPIs, leveraging product analytics platforms to run cohort analyses, optimize user funnels, and mitigate churn.
• Formulate robust business cases, map technical dependencies, and present clear milestone reports to senior executive leadership.
• Guide junior product management professionals, champion modern product ops methodologies, and drive continuous improvement across the product group.

• *Technical Competencies \& Domain Expertise**

• 6\+ years of dedicated professional experience in Digital Product Management, with a documented track record of successfully launching and scaling complex, high\-traffic product platforms.
• Deep operational understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean frameworks, with practical experience optimizing release management loops.
• Hands\-on experience navigating product management ecosystems and workflow management tools, specifically Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or Productboard.
• Strong quantitative background with experience interpreting sophisticated telemetry data, financial projections, and operational performance metrics.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to synthesize deep technical complexities for commercial teams and build alignment across competing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related quantitative discipline. An MBA or Master's degree from a reputable institution is considered highly advantageous.
