Senior Product Manager

• *What You'll Do**

• Drive product initiatives from problem discovery and requirements definition through development, launch, and adoption.
• Translate user needs and business objectives into clear product specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver features and improvements.
• Own prioritization decisions, manage competing requirements, and balance customer needs with technical constraints.
• Work through integrations, APIs, system workflows, and implementation trade\-offs with technical teams.
• Use product analytics, customer feedback, and research to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.
• Maintain clear ownership, timelines, and alignment across multiple initiatives.

• *What We're Looking For**

• 4–7 years of hands\-on Product Management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology\-driven products.
• Experience owning features or product initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Ability to write structured product requirements and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and a data\-informed approach to decision\-making.
• Confidence in stakeholder management, prioritization, and working through ambiguity.
• A proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
