Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a **Senior Product Manager** for a full\-time position (40 hours per week) in LATAM. Our client offers a comprehensive suite of billing, payments, and software solutions for professional services firms.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5\+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or technology\-driven company, with a proven ability to create products that empower workflows and decision\-making for professional users.
- Experience building SaaS timekeeping and expense products, passive time capture, and AI\-assisted time entry.
- Proven track record of driving product success, from ideation to delivery, with measurable outcomes such as increased user adoption, retention, revenue growth, or customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience leveraging product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA4 to make data\-informed decisions and iterate quickly.
- Strong communication skills, naturally skilled at aligning cross\-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders, with the ability to persuade and inspire.
- A relentless focus on customer needs, especially in simplifying complex workflows or delivering seamless solutions for professionals navigating intricate processes.
- Passion for innovation, excited by the opportunity to push boundaries in practice management, reporting, and dashboarding solutions.
- Understanding of AI\-driven product development, including experience leveraging tools like Claude V0/Vercel, Replit, and Figma.
NICE TO HAVE
- Expertise in legal tech, previous experience building products that cater to legal professionals, law firms, or corporate legal departments.
- Awareness of emerging trends in legal tech, SaaS, AI\-powered solutions, and data visualization, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve and shaping industry standards.
- Familiarity with Product\-Led Growth (PLG) tools like Pendo, Appcues, Userflow, or Chameleon, to drive adoption and engagement across diverse user groups.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies, paired with an ability to collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross\-functional initiatives through influence, especially within complex, matrixed organizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute insights and ideas to advance the vision for timekeeping and expense tracking within the Accounting and Embedded Finance products.
- Work with the Senior Product Manager to shape the roadmap and long\-term vision for timekeeping and expense\-tracking features across the platform for key customer segments (SMB, Mid\-Market, Enterprise). Prioritize initiatives in alignment with broader product strategies.
- Identify and refine high\-priority features to improve timekeeping and expense\-tracking workflows.
- Take ownership of specific timekeeping and expense tracking features throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery and design to delivery, stakeholder adoption, and ongoing iterations.
- Identify new integration partnership opportunities to support the product roadmap for timekeeping and expense tracking. Manage the product definition and integration requirements.
- Engage proactively with customers, internal teams, and industry partners to understand user pain points, uncover opportunities, and validate solutions.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable user stories, manage the backlog effectively, and ensure timely delivery of measurable outcomes.
- Set clear success metrics for your product area and leverage data insights to inform prioritization, enhancements, and iterations.
- Work closely with the Business Analyst on your projects, providing direction, reviewing outcomes, and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
