Job Description – Technical Project Manager
- *Position:** Technical Project Manager
- *Location:** Mohali, Phase 8B
- *Experience:** 4\+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage **end\-to\-end project delivery for Web, Mobile, Python, and AI/ML projects**.
- Coordinate with clients to **gather requirements, define project scope**, and **ensure successful project execution**.
Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
Lead cross\-functional teams comprising developers, QA engineers, designers, and business analysts.Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks.Conduct sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, retrospectives, and client review meetings.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Track team performance and provide guidance to achieve project goals.Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.Collaborate with technical teams to resolve challenges and improve development processes.Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and best project management practices.Benefits
