Ltd. is looking for an experienced* ***Senior Project Manager*** *to lead and deliver complex software development projects across* ***MEAN, MERN, Python, and AI/ML technologies****. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, excellent client communication skills, and proven experience in managing cross\-functional development teams while ensuring successful project execution.*

• Key Responsibilities*

• *Lead end\-to\-end execution of multiple software development projects.*
• *Manage projects based on* ***MEAN, MERN Stack, Python, AI/ML****.*
• *Gather and analyze client requirements and convert them into actionable project plans.*
• *Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.*
• *Coordinate with Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, DevOps, and Business Analysts.*
• *Conduct sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.*
• *Track project progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies.*
• *Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.*
• *Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.*
• *Manage client communication, project status updates, demos, and stakeholder expectations.*
• *Review project documentation including BRDs, SRS, user stories, and technical specifications.*
• *Monitor team productivity and provide mentorship to team members.*
