As a **Senior Project Manager**, you will lead strategic Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives across DHL Group, driving successful onboarding of applications into our central IAM and PIAM platforms.

You will be responsible for managing large\-scale application onboarding programs, coordinating cross\-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of projects from initiation through go\-live. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, security teams, application owners, development teams, testing teams, and support organizations across multiple regions.

• *Your responsibilities will include:**

• Leading large\-scale IAM and PIAM application onboarding programs using a factory delivery model, ensuring predictable, scalable, and high\-quality onboarding outcomes.
• Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, resource planning, and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Driving coordination across cross\-functional teams comprising Business Analysts, Developers, Test Engineers, Architects, Product Owners, and Support Teams across global locations to ensure successful delivery of IAM onboarding initiatives.
• Establishing delivery governance frameworks, managing status reporting, executive communications, and steering project outcomes through key decision forums.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, application owners, security teams, and platform teams to drive onboarding decisions and delivery success.
• Managing delivery readiness, testing, deployment, release planning, and go\-live activities to ensure successful implementation.
• Facilitating issue resolution, dependency management, and executive\-level escalations to minimize delivery risks and project delays.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives, onboarding process optimization, and maturity enhancements within the PIAM delivery organization.
• Ensuring compliance with security, audit, regulatory, and governance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Driving Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies while promoting best practices in project execution and stakeholder engagement.
• Providing leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high\-performance delivery culture.

As a Senior Project Manager, having strong experience in **Identity and Access Management (IAM)** is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ, Application Onboarding, Access Governance, and JML Processes will also be an integral part of this role.
