Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for the end to end delivery of digital automation and AI enabled
programs ensuring strict adherence to scope cost quality timelines and defined business outcomes
The role demands a strong foundation in production support product implementation and domain led
transformation initiatives complemented by hands on experience with modern AI driven and digital
delivery models
The incumbent should have effectively managed production support engagements with
a strong focus on SLA adherence operational stability and issue resolution
Additionally the role requires

proven experience in product implementation programs including deep understanding of client

requirements execution of fit gap analysis and successful delivery through a balanced approach of base

product configuration customization and new development

The candidate should also have been a core

member of implementation teams across one or more domains such as Business Process Management

BPM Finance Accounting F A ITIL Service Management frameworks or Customer Service

Furthermore the role requires the ability to manage AI GenAI automation and

data led solutions working closely with business operations and technology stakeholders to drive

measurable value while ensuring governance compliance and post production success
