Job Description

Infyle Technologies is looking for a responsible and result\-oriented Senior Project Manager to manage IT projects from planning to delivery. The candidate will coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to client requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, planning, and problem\-solving skills, along with an understanding of software development processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute IT projects from initiation to final delivery.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into project plans, tasks, and milestones.
• Coordinate with development teams working on mobile applications, websites, and custom software.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Track project timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies.
• Conduct regular team meetings and project status reviews.
• Communicate with clients regarding project progress, feedback, changes, and delivery schedules.
• Identify project risks, resolve operational issues, and take corrective actions.
• Manage project documentation, reports, timelines, and task boards.
• Coordinate with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams to maintain project quality.
• Ensure proper testing, feedback implementation, and successful project handover.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and maintain clear communication between stakeholders.
• Follow Agile, Scrum, or other suitable project management methodologies.
• Ensure team accountability and maintain project delivery standards.

Required Skills

• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in team coordination and client management.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and multiple projects.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem\-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of web development, mobile app development, APIs, and software testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT project management or software project coordination.
• Experience managing website, mobile application, or software development projects is preferred.
• Candidates with proven project delivery experience and strong client\-handling skills are encouraged to apply.
