ITVAN Tech is seeking a Senior PMO Lead to establish, manage, and drive the IT Project Management Office for an enterprise client in the home services sector. This is a critical, high\-visibility role operating at the heart of a broad and complex 2026 IT portfolio — spanning web replatform, AI/Voice initiatives, data modernization, platform operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and corporate applications.
The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to senior IT and digital leadership, providing governance, oversight, and standardization across all IT initiatives. This role demands an experienced professional who can independently drive multiple concurrent initiatives, bring strong Agile delivery discipline, and translate complex, fast\-moving inputs into clear, executive\-ready outputs. The PMO Lead will be the connective tissue between leadership intent and delivery execution.
- *Governance \& Portfolio Management**
- Establish and manage a robust IT PMO to govern all IT project and program activities across the portfolio
- Define and maintain the PMO charter, governance framework, and reporting standards aligned to client objectives
- Drive portfolio prioritization, capacity planning, and resource coordination across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Own risk, issue, and dependency management across the program, escalating proactively to leadership
- Conduct periodic project health assessments and surface delivery risks before they impact outcomes
- Standardize delivery methodologies, tools, and templates across IT initiatives
- *Agile Delivery Leadership**
- Bring strong Agile delivery discipline — facilitate planning, prioritization, and iterative delivery across teams
- Coach and guide cross\-functional teams on Agile ceremonies, backlog management, and sprint cadence
- Balance Agile execution with the governance and reporting needs of an executive\-level portfolio
- Track velocity, throughput, and delivery predictability; drive continuous improvement across delivery teams
- *Executive Reporting \& Stakeholder Alignment**
- Build and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and leadership\-ready status packages
- Consolidate updates from multiple workstream owners into structured, decision\-ready outputs for executive and senior leadership consumption
- Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadences as directed by client leadership
- Drive stakeholder communication and alignment across business, IT, operations, and field teams
- Capture decisions, action items, and follow\-ups, ensuring accountability across the portfolio
- *Budget \& Vendor Coordination**
- Support budget tracking and vendor management activities across the IT portfolio
- Support vendor contract discussions, negotiations, and related coordination activities, when directed in writing by the client
- *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- 12\+ years of PMO, program management, or project leadership experience, with demonstrated seniority in managing complex IT portfolios
- Strong, hands\-on knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or equivalent) in enterprise environments
- Proven ability to drive multiple concurrent initiatives independently, with minimal oversight
- Experience working in the US market — managing US\-based stakeholders, expectations, and delivery cadences
- Previous hands\-on experience working directly with US\-based clients in a senior, client\-facing capacity
- Demonstrated experience building executive\-ready reporting, dashboards, and governance artifacts (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align senior leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity for executive audiences

- *PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in home services, HVAC, field services, or similarly operationally complex industries
- PMP, PMI\-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certification
- Experience governing portfolios that include data, AI/Voice, cybersecurity, web, and platform operations workstreams
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or comparable field\-services platforms
- Experience with PMO tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)

This role operates under ITVAN Tech's assigned resource model, with priorities coordinated with client leadership. As a senior, critical role, the PMO Lead will be expected to:
- Operate independently and proactively, driving multiple initiatives forward without waiting for direction
- Serve as the trusted right\-hand to the client's IT and digital sponsor, anticipating leadership needs
- Maintain a high bar for output quality — all deliverables built for senior leadership distribution without further editing
- Work within US Eastern Standard Time hours to ensure full overlap with client stakeholders
- Manage competing priorities across a fast\-moving, multi\-workstream portfolio with calm and clarity
Pay: ₹1,200,000\.00 \- ₹2,800,000\.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kolkata, West Bengal
