We are looking for a highly driven **Senior Project Manager** to lead cross\-functional marketing and branding initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

• *Role Overview**

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering end\-to\-end marketing and branding projects. This role requires close collaboration with creative, performance marketing, product, technology, content, design, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, brand initiatives, product launches, and strategic projects.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and manage end\-to\-end marketing and branding projects from planning to execution.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross\-functional teams including Marketing, Branding, Creative, Product, Technology, Design, Content, Operations, and Leadership.
• Ensure timely delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Drive brand launch initiatives, campaign rollouts, seasonal promotions, influencer campaigns, and product marketing activities.
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates to senior management.
• Establish project governance, processes, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Track project KPIs, campaign milestones, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand\-ups, review meetings, and retrospective sessions where applicable.
• Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and external partners to ensure quality deliverables.
• Ensure marketing and branding initiatives align with overall business goals and brand strategy.
• Continuously improve project management processes and operational efficiency.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or equivalent certification is an advantage.

• *Required Experience**

• 5\+ years of overall project management experience.
• **Minimum 3 years of experience managing marketing and branding projects.**
• Proven experience in leading cross\-functional teams in fast\-paced environments.
• Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, brand launches, digital marketing initiatives, and creative production.
• Experience working with startups, e\-commerce, social commerce, consumer internet, or digital platforms is highly preferred.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong expertise in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent understanding of branding, digital marketing, performance marketing, and creative workflows.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple high\-priority projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
