Senior Project Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Project Manager who can independently manage multiple projects from client briefing to final execution.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, planning, vendor management, budgeting, and execution skills while maintaining the highest quality standards under tight timelines.

This role requires excellent communication, ownership, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly across creative, production, fabrication, logistics, and client servicing teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning \& Execution

• Manage projects from inquiry to final delivery.
• Prepare detailed project timelines and execution plans.
• Define milestones, deliverables, and responsibilities.
• Ensure every project is delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress daily and proactively resolve bottlenecks.

Client Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable execution plans.
• Conduct regular project update meetings.
• Handle revisions, approvals, and change requests professionally.
• Maintain excellent client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Internal Team Coordination

Coordinate closely with

• 3D Design Team
• Production Team

• Printing Department
• Procurement Team
• Installation Crew
• Operations Team
• Finance Team

Ensure every department receives clear instructions, deadlines, and project updates.

Vendor Management

• Source and manage vendors across India.
• Negotiate pricing while maintaining quality.
• Coordinate fabrication partners and installation agencies.
• Track vendor performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Develop long\-term vendor relationships.

Budget \& Cost Control

• Prepare project budgets.
• Monitor actual expenses against approved budgets.
• Identify cost\-saving opportunities.
• Maintain profitability targets.
• Coordinate purchase requirements with procurement.

Production \& Site Execution

• Supervise fabrication progress.
• Ensure quality control during production.
• Coordinate transportation and logistics.
• Manage installation schedules.
• Visit project sites whenever required.
• Ensure projects are completed safely and professionally.

Documentation

Maintain accurate project documentation including

• Quotations

• Vendor work orders
• Client approvals
• Drawings
• Material tracking
• Installation checklists
• Completion reports

Quality Assurance

• Ensure all deliverables meet Sahib Productions quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality inspections.
• Verify branding accuracy before production.
• Ensure installations are completed without defects.

Risk Management

• Identify project risks early.
• Develop contingency plans.
• Resolve site issues efficiently.
• Maintain backup vendors for critical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.

Experience

• 3–7 years in Event Management, Exhibition Industry, Experiential Marketing, Production, or Project Management.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating vendors across different cities.
• Experience managing large\-scale corporate events or exhibition projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹480,000\.00 \- ₹720,000\.00 per year
