### **Senior Project Manager \- Salesforce**

Full\-Time Noida, India (Work From Office)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with 6\+ years in Salesforce implementation, project delivery, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, Agile methodologies, and end\-to\-end project lifecycle management, with the ability to lead cross\-functional teams and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines.

#### **What you will do**

• Manage project planning, scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, Salesforce developers, administrators, business analysts, and QA teams
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and project deliverables
• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce platforms
• Manage UAT, deployment planning, release management, and post\-go\-live support
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, team productivity, and customer satisfaction

#### **What we are looking for**

• 6\+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably managing Salesforce projects
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its business processes
• Experience managing Salesforce implementation, customization, integration, and migration projects
• Understanding of Salesforce releases, environments, testing, deployment, and change management
• Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and competing priorities
• Experience with risk management, project governance, and budget tracking
