Senior Property Consultant

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Deal Sourcing and Closing
• Sell premium commercial office spaces.
• Lease retail and industrial spaces.
• Partner with corporate and HNI clients.

• *Client Relationships**

• Propose suitable property options.
• Match properties to client needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor.

• *Field Execution**

• Conduct client meetings.
• Handle site inspections across Mumbai.
• Ensure smooth transaction closures.

• *Network Building**

• Build ties with property owners.
• Connect with developers and brokers.
• Track data on CRM software.

• *What We Are Looking For**

• Experience Minimum 1 year required.
• Real estate background preferred.

• *Education**

• Undergraduates are eligible to apply.

• *Communication**

• Basic verbal communication skills.
• Basic written communication skills.

• *Vehicle Requirement**

• Must own a bike or two\-wheeler.
• Valid driver's license is mandatory.

• *Mobility**

• Comfortable visiting multiple locations.
• Able to travel across Mumbai.
