Senior QA Automation Engineer

• *Role Summary**

We are looking for a **highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer** with 7–8 years of experience in software testing and automation. The candidate must be a strong individual contributor with hands\-on expertise in **UI Automation, API Automation, Automation Framework Development, Programming, and CI/CD Integration**.

• *Mandatory Skills**

• 7–8 years of experience in QA Automation.
• Strong hands\-on experience with **Playwright (Preferred) or Selenium**.
• Expertise in **API Automation** using REST Assured, Postman, Karate, or similar tools.
• Experience building and maintaining **automation frameworks from scratch**.
• Strong programming skills in **Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or C\#**.
• Experience with **Functional, Regression, Smoke, Integration, and End\-to\-End Testing**.
• Hands\-on experience integrating automation suites into **CI/CD pipelines**.
• Experience with **Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps**.
• Strong debugging, defect analysis, and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Must be comfortable working as an **Independent Contributor**.

• *Good to Have**

• Playwright framework implementation experience.
• Docker / Containerized test execution.
• Cloud\-based test execution.
• Exposure to AI\-assisted Test Automation tools.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and maintain scalable UI and API automation frameworks.
• Design and execute automated test suites.
• Improve automation coverage and execution efficiency.
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze failures, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams.
• Drive automation initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to automation best practices and quality improvements.

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹800,000\.00 per year
