• *About Position:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications through effective test planning, automation, and execution. This role requires strong expertise in software testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and quality assurance practices, along with experience in the Life Sciences domain. You will collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-quality solutions while contributing to continuous process improvement and testing excellence.

• *What You'll Do:**

• Analyze business and functional requirements to create comprehensive test strategies and test plans.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end\-to\-end testing.
• Design and implement automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Identify, log, track, and validate defects throughout their lifecycle while ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and product teams to enhance software quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release validation activities.
• Execute test automation suites and analyze results to identify issues and risks.
• Prepare test summary reports, quality dashboards, and testing metrics for stakeholders.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, validation requirements, quality standards, and regulatory processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes, frameworks, and tools.
• Perform risk assessment and quality reviews for new features and product releases.

• *Expertise You'll Bring:**

• 5\-8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
• Strong hands\-on experience in Automation Testing using industry\-standard automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience in manual testing, test planning, test execution, and defect management.
• Domain expertise in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Clinical, or related regulated environments.
• Experience in functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks, test management tools, and defect tracking systems.
• Experience with API testing, data validation, and database testing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience creating quality metrics, reports, and test documentation.
• Understanding of validation, compliance, and regulated industry standards is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
