• *About Position:**

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in Amazon Connect testing, contact center solutions, and AWS cloud\-based QA to lead end\-to\-end quality assurance activities. The role involves defining test strategy, validating contact flows, routing profiles, queues, omnichannel journeys, API integrations, and automation testing while working closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and customer teams to ensure high\-quality delivery.

• *What You'll Do:**

• Lead QA initiatives across Amazon Connect implementations, contact center transformations, conversational AI solutions, and enterprise integrations.
• Define test strategy and perform functional, integration, API, automation, regression, and UAT testing for Amazon Connect solutions.
• Validate contact flows, routing profiles, queues, agent workspace, recordings, callbacks, and omnichannel customer journeys.
• Test Amazon Lex IVA solutions and voice\-to\-voice translation capabilities using AWS AI services.
• Perform integration testing with ServiceNow, SSO, REST APIs, and enterprise platforms.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, REST Assured, and Postman.
• Manage defects, release quality, stakeholder communication, and offshore QA ownership.

• *Expertise You'll Bring:**

• Strong hands\-on experience in Amazon Connect, contact flows, routing profiles, queues, Contact Lens, and contact center operations.
• Good understanding of AWS services including AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, Transcribe, Translate, Polly, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, and S3\.
• Experience in automation testing using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, REST Assured, Postman, and JIRA.
• Exposure to contact center domain, AI/voice bot testing, omnichannel CX testing, telecom routing validation, and AWS cloud testing.
• Preferred certifications: ISTQB, AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Agile/Scrum certifications.
• Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder communication, customer\-facing consulting experience, and offshore ownership mindset.
