We are looking for an experienced Senior Quadient Inspire Developer with strong expertise in Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise\-scale customer communication solutions across print, email, archive, and digital channels using Quadient Inspire.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design and develop customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire.
• Create and maintain templates, workflows, layouts, business rules, and data mappings.
• Deliver high\-volume batch and on\-demand document generation solutions.
• Ensure communication accuracy, compliance, and performance standards.
• Integrate Quadient solutions with enterprise applications and document repositories.
• Perform impact analysis, troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis.
• Support application upgrades, migrations, and enhancement initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude for documentation, testing, code assistance, and productivity improvements.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Strong hands\-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer and Inspire Interactive.
• Expertise in Customer Communications Management (CCM).
• Experience with template development, document composition, workflows, and business rules.
• Strong understanding of print, email, archive, and digital communication channels.
• Experience supporting high\-volume document processing environments.
• Strong debugging, production support, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
