Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented HR Executive who will primarily handle end\-to\-end recruitment (70%) while supporting HR operations (30%). The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a good understanding of HR processes.
- *Key Responsibilities:\-**
- *Recruitment (70%)**
- Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for Sales, Operations, and Support functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Release offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
- Meet monthly hiring targets and maintain TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Build relationships with consultants, colleges, and placement agencies.
- Post job openings across various recruitment platforms.
- *HR Operations (30%):\-**
- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave management, and employee data updates.
- Prepare HR letters such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, and Warning Letters.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Assist in probation reviews and employee confirmations.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- *Required Skills:\-**
- Strong recruitment and sourcing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Basic understanding of HR operations and documentation.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- *Qualifications:\-**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- *Preferred Qualifications:\-**
- Experience hiring for BFSI, Sales, or Financial Services roles.
- Target\-driven with the ability to close positions within defined timelines.
- Positive attitude, professional approach, and willingness to learn.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly hiring target achievement.
- Time\-to\-fill positions (TAT).
- Offer\-to\-joining ratio.
- Candidate experience and hiring quality.
- Accuracy of HR documentation.
- Employee onboarding completion within SLA.
- Timely maintenance of HR records and reports.
Pay: ₹25,077\.75 \- ₹35,192\.05 per month
