We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to lead recruitment operations, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment consultancy, staffing, client management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Develop and implement recruitment and business development strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with clients.
Conduct client meetings to understand hiring requirements.
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for technical and industrial positions.
Mentor and support recruiters to improve performance.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding processes.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Prepare recruitment and business development reports.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, team management, or business development.
Experience in recruitment consultancy, staffing, or talent acquisition preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and client\-handling skills.
Experience in industrial hiring will be an advantage.
Comfortable with client meetings and business travel within the region.
