• *About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated **Senior Research Analyst** with expertise in equity research, financial modeling, and investment analysis. The role involves producing high\-quality research reports, identifying investment opportunities, conducting investor education webinars, and supporting investment decisions through data\-driven insights while ensuring strict compliance with **SEBI Research Analyst Regulations**.

• *Key Responsibilities1\. Company Research**

• Conduct in\-depth analysis of listed companies using financial statements, annual reports, earnings calls, and management commentary.
• Evaluate business models, competitive positioning, growth drivers, risks, and long\-term investment potential.

• *2\. Industry \& Sector Research**

• Prepare comprehensive industry and sector reports covering market trends, opportunities, competitive landscapes, and future outlook.
• Monitor macroeconomic indicators, regulatory developments, and sector\-specific catalysts impacting investments.

• *3\. Financial Modeling \& Valuation**

• Build and maintain robust financial models to forecast revenue, profitability, cash flows, and earnings.
• Perform company valuations using DCF, Relative Valuation, EV/EBITDA, P/E, and other accepted methodologies.

• *4\. Research Publications**

• Prepare high\-quality company reports, stock reports, quarterly earnings reports, thematic studies, investor notes, and investment recommendations.
• Ensure all research publications are data\-driven, accurate, and compliant with SEBI Research Analyst regulations.

• *5\. Quarterly Earnings Analysis**

• Analyze quarterly financial results and compare performance against estimates, historical trends, and industry peers.
• Update earnings forecasts, valuation models, and investment recommendations based on quarterly performance.

• *6\. Market \& News Tracking**

• Continuously monitor ET Now, CNBC TV18, Bloomberg, NSE, BSE, Moneycontrol, and other financial news platforms.
• Identify market\-moving developments and assess their impact on companies, sectors, and investment portfolios.

• *7\. Investment Insights**

• Convert large volumes of financial, economic, and market data into meaningful and actionable investment insights.
• Present research\-backed recommendations and market views to Relationship Managers and Investment Teams.

• *8\. Webinars \& Knowledge Sharing**

• Conduct **investor education webinars, market outlook sessions, and stock market awareness programs for external clients and prospective investors.**
• Deliver **internal training sessions** for Relationship Managers and Sales Teams on research reports, sector outlooks, company updates, and investment recommendations to improve product knowledge and advisory capabilities.

• *9\. Portfolio Research**

• Assist in developing model portfolios aligned with investment objectives and prevailing market conditions.
• Support portfolio reviews by evaluating sector allocation, stock performance, valuation changes, and portfolio risks.

• *10\. Compliance \& Governance**

• Ensure all research activities strictly comply with **SEBI Research Analyst Regulations**, internal compliance policies, and ethical research standards.
• Maintain proper documentation, research disclosures, audit records, and conflict\-of\-interest guidelines as per regulatory requirements.

• *Required SkillsResearch \& Analysis**

• Strong expertise in Fundamental Analysis, Equity Research, Financial Statement Analysis, and Investment Research.
• Ability to identify investment opportunities through detailed research, valuation, and sector analysis.

• *Technical Skills**

• Advanced Financial Modeling, Company Valuation, Forecasting, and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, equity investments, macroeconomics, and investment products.

• *Communication \& Presentation**

• Excellent report writing, presentation, and analytical communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex financial information into clear, actionable investment insights for both internal teams and clients.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• MBA (Finance), CA, or **CFA Level II Candidate**.
• **NISM Series XV – Research Analyst Certification (Mandatory).**
• **NISM Investment Adviser (RIA) Certification will be an added advantage.**

• *Experience**

• 5–6 years of experience in **Equity Research, Investment Research, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Broking, or Capital Markets**.
• Proven experience in preparing institutional\-quality research reports, financial models, company valuations, sector reports, and investment recommendations.
• Experience in conducting **client\-facing webinars, investor education sessions, and internal research training programs** will be preferred.

Pay: ₹550,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
