Job Description – Research Analyst (Experienced)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Research Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for academic research, technical documentation, manuscript preparation, literature reviews, and research support for PhD scholars and academic clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct academic and technical research in relevant engineering and technology domains.
• Prepare, write, edit, and format research manuscripts for journal and conference submissions.
• Perform literature reviews and identify research gaps, objectives, and methodologies.
• Assist with PhD\-related research projects, thesis documentation, and research proposals.
• Analyze research data using tools such as SPSS, MATLAB, Python, R, or other relevant software.
• Support journal selection, submission documentation, and reviewer\-comment revisions.
• Ensure research quality, proper citations, academic formatting, and originality.
• Coordinate with clients and internal team members to complete projects within deadlines.
• Stay updated on current research trends, publication standards, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Engineering related discipline.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in academic research, technical writing, or manuscript preparation.
• Strong technical writing, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Knowledge of research methodology, literature review, and academic publication processes.
• Familiarity with journal formatting, referencing styles, and plagiarism\-checking tools.
• Experience with research tools, programming, or data analysis will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
