We are looking for a strong Rust Backend Engineer who is available to interview and start as soon as possible.

Role: Senior Rust Backend Engineer

Experience: 5\+ years

Availability: Immediate or short notice period

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will design, build, and optimize high\-performance backend services using Rust while collaborating with engineers, architects, and product stakeholders in a distributed engineering environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex scalability and performance challenges, developing resilient microservices, and delivering secure, production\-grade systems in cloud\-native environments.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 3–5\+ years of professional software engineering experience with production\-level Rust development
• Strong knowledge of Rust’s ownership model, memory safety, concurrency, and performance optimization
• Experience building scalable backend applications and microservices
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and service communication patterns
• Experience designing, securing, documenting, and versioning RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, caching, load balancing, horizontal scaling, and sharding
• Hands\-on experience with profiling, benchmarking, observability, and performance tuning
• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with cloud\-native infrastructure, networking, databases, storage, and auto\-scaling
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and SDLC
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem\-solving skills
• Experience working with distributed engineering teams

BONUS SKILLS

• Experience delivering production\-scale or performance\-critical backend systems
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and production troubleshooting
• Experience contributing to architecture decisions and engineering best practices
