Job Description

QSura India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result\-oriented Sales \& Marketing Executives to join our growing team. We welcome both Freshers and Experienced Candidates who are passionate about sales, marketing, client interaction, and business growth.

The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, promoting CPaaS solutions, and building long\-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, networking, and market research.
• Promote and sell CPaaS solutions including WhatsApp Business API, Bulk SMS, RCS Messaging, Email Marketing, Voice Solutions, and OTP Services.
• Identify potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain sales and customer records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or customer handling is preferred.
• Comfortable with calling, emailing, and interacting with clients.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email, etc.).
• Own laptop is mandatory for this role.
• Self\-motivated and target\-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B Sales, Marketing, Telecom, SaaS, or CPaaS industry.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API, SMS, RCS, or Email Marketing solutions.
• Lead generation and customer relationship management skills.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹40,000 per month \+ Performance\-Based Incentives
