Key Responsibilities
Sales \& Revenue Management
Drive overall revenue planning, forecasting, and achievement of business targets.
Lead sales strategy execution across all studio locations.
Manage sales budgets and maximize ROI.
Oversee lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion, and retention activities.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, outreach programs, and activations.
Monitor KPIs, attendance metrics, inventory management, and operational costs.
Optimize class occupancy and studio utilization. �

Marketing \& Business Development
Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Build corporate partnerships, strategic alliances, and community relationships.
Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing agencies for branding, social media, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and marketing ROI.
Lead networking events, partnerships, and local business outreach initiatives. �

Team Leadership \& People Management
Lead, mentor, coach, and develop sales teams across locations.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Drive employee engagement through contests, incentives, and recognition programs.
Conduct performance reviews and career development discussions.
Handle team escalations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. �

Customer Experience \& Operations
Ensure exceptional customer service and member satisfaction.
Maintain strong member engagement and retention programs.
Oversee studio operations, front\-desk processes, and compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with fitness and coaching teams to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure facilities, equipment, and studio environments meet brand standards. �

Required Qualifications
8–10\+ years of Sales \& Marketing experience.
5–8 years of team management and leadership experience.
Proven track record in revenue growth and business development.
Strong expertise in sales strategy, marketing campaigns, and customer relationship management.
Experience in hiring, coaching, and performance management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in the Fitness, Wellness, Healthcare, Hospitality, or Retail industry is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
