About Birdscale \-

Birdscale is a Coimbatore\-based \*Drone Survey and Geospatial Mapping Company\*. We help landowners, builders, farmers, and infrastructure companies measure and map their land accurately with drone technology.

We are not a software company. We do real on\-ground survey with our own drone team. Sales team is the bridge between customer who needs land measurement and our technical survey team.

We are looking for a B2C sales executive with 2 \- 5 years experience in B2C

Roles and Responsibilities

\*1\. B2C Sales and Customer Acquisition\*

\- Handle inbound B2C enquiries from Google Ads, Justdial, Website, Referrals.

\- Call, qualify, and convert individual customers \- Land owners, farmers, builders, agents.

\- Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets (e.g., 15\-20 site bookings per month).

\*3\. Lead Generation and Local Networking\*

\- Build network with local sources: Village VAO, Document Writers, Real Estate Agents, Civil Engineers, Architects.

\- Generate referral business from these local partners.

\- Put up flex / do small awareness activity in new layout areas.

\*4\. Negotiation and Closing\*

\- Negotiate price within given band, handle objections like "local surveyor charges less".

\- Close on the spot and collect advance to block survey slot.

\*5\. Reporting\*

\- Update daily call report, site visits, and bookings in Google Sheet / CRM.

\- Report conversion rate and market price feedback.

Required Skills and Competencies

\- Strong verbal communication in \*Tamil and English is a MUST\*. Hindi is an added advantage.

\- 2 \- 5 years proven experience in \*B2C Field Sales\* \- Real Estate, Insurance, Home Loans, Building Materials, Survey Equipment, Agri\-products preferred.

\- Comfortable with both phone sales and daily field visits.

\- Negotiation and closing skills \- Can ask for advance and payment.

\- Target\-oriented, self\-motivated, and honest with customer handling

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
