*Key Responsibilities:**

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, distributors and healthcare professionals.
Promote and sell dental products and materials to potential customers.
Generate leads through field visits, calls, referrals and market research.
Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business relationships.
Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits.
Negotiate pricing, close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and prospective customers.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Maintain customer databases, sales reports and business development records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

*Requirements and Skills:**

5–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical, dental or healthcare\-related sales and business development.
Strong experience in B2B sales and territory management.
Existing relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals or distributors will be an advantage.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong customer relationship management abilities.
Ability to independently manage an assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
